Become a new Customer

To become a new customer for the Office of Technology, please contact the IRMs to begin the process at ERM@wv.gov.  They will coordinate with your agency and the various sections of the Office of Technology to enable a smooth transition.

To give your agency an idea of the information that will need collected, please see the New Customer Checklist.  If you don't understand any item on this list, please talk to your IRM.
