Services Overview 

• Incoming Mail Processing
  WVOT receives and sorts mail delivered by USPS, private carriers, and couriers for distribution to the appropriate state agencies.
  
  

• Mail Security & Screening
  All incoming mail is inspected for safety, including screening for hazardous materials or suspicious items.
  
  

• Outgoing Mail Support
  Outgoing mail is metered, sealed, and prepared in accordance with USPS regulations. Bulk mailings and certified mail are also supported for agency use.
  
  

• Internal Mail Handling
  Interoffice mail is distributed between agency offices for efficient communication within the state government.

All mail addressed to ZIP code 25305 is delivered to the WVOT Central Mail facility, where it is sorted into department CMO (Central Mail Office) boxes.
